Get soft kissable lips

How do I use this great product? Well, before I go out to parties, I rub a small amount on my lips, after a few seconds, it becomes super smooth and soft.  Then I put on lip balm for a natural tinted color and extra moisturizing. My lips look and feel amazing!!!
