A Fitness Challenge to You

I know that this is lame but I figure if I post it up here, it's soooooo public and sooooooo out there and I will just soooooo have to follow through and commit or lose FACE, that's right, pull out the Chinese guns, LOSE FACE! When I was in university, at least from year 1 and 2, I was seriously super diligent about the gym. Because I knew, the way I ate, if I didn't get on that treadmill every 2 days and pound out 30 mins of sweat, I'd get fat and not the p-h-at phat....... plain old FAT. This was proven in year 3 when I got lazy and gained 15 lbs... *shudder*. Well these days, with the hectic schedule, it's difficult to squeeze the gym in but I know that that's no excuse! My body is my best investment and I'm not giving it the TLC that it deserves and NEEEEEEDS so that I may live till I'm 200.

Which is why I am challenging myself ... and YOU to come up with a realistic training plan and stick to it for the next 6 months. I am not very creative and like I said, I get lazy so for now, my realistic training plan is to get back to my running (which I love) every 2 days... AND I WILL GIVE YOU NARCISSITIC WEEKLY UPDATES VIA COMMENTS ON THIS POST AND I INVITE YOU TO DO THE SAME! So that we can egg each other on and verbally punish each other when we slack off. That's right. Now whose with me?!
